- What do I need to get started?
A pair of long pants and riding boots (paddock boots or black tall boots)! Helmets are required for all riders! You will also need to make sure you have printed and signed the necessary forms before interacting with the horses. Please make sure you thoroughly read through the Barn/Stable rules, which can be found under the "Forms and Resources" tab right here online. You will need the "High Valley Horses Liability Form", "Prado Liability Form", and "Barn Rules".
- How do I get on the schedule for recurring lessons every week?
You can reach out to us directly via text message or email, and request a recurring slot in the lesson schedule!
- Do I need to sign anything or fill out any forms before lessons?
Yes! All the forms and waivers you will need can be found under the "Forms and Resources" tab right here on our website! All students are required to have a signed High Valley Horses liability waiver as well as a signed copy of the Barn/Stable rules. You will need the "High Valley Horses Liability Form", "Prado Liability Form", and "Barn Rules".
- How do I pay for lessons or other High Valley Horses' services?
We accept payment through cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. Checks can be made out to "Cami Johnson". Our venmo username is "HighValleyHorses". Payments made through Zelle can be sent to "Cami Johnson" at (714) 267-3049.
- How do I book a lesson?
Send us a message! You can send us a text to our phone number, write us an email, or give us a call and leave a voicemail! We teach Monday through Friday 12pm-8pm. Once you have coordinated a time for your lesson, You will get a confirmation text through the Vagaro App or through an SMS message on your cellular device! Please confirm your lessons through the automatic texts!
